Vendor Information

We have allocated booth space for vendors that wish to have a presence at the third annual Baltimore Grand Prix and Fitness Expo taking place on July 14th, 2018 at the Baltimore Convention Center in downtown Baltimore! All of the booth information including pricing, equipment needs, materials, and any extras can be found right here!



What does this include?

  • Booth

    10 feet by 10 feet (10′ x 10′) booth space for your presenters and equipment
  • Badges

    Three badges for the presenters of your company
  • Table

    A draped table to display products or information
  • Chairs

    Three chairs for employees to sit during the expo


Other materials we can provide upon request

  • Supports

    A supporting structure to hold a company banner up to 8 feet by 8 feet (8′ x 8′).  This can be provided free of charge upon request.  To request banner supports click here
  • Extra Badges

    Extra Badges can be provided if you want to bring more than three employees to help at your booth.  These cost $30.00 extra per badge.  If you need to request extra badges click here
  • Electrical Outlets

    If an electrical outlet is needed there is an extra $250 charge per outlet.  This is the daily rate charged by the Baltimore Convention Center. If you are en existing vendor and need an electrical outlet, click here to let us know and go through the payment process.
